VDDG represents voltage for the data portion of the infinity fabric. it is derived from the cpusoc/uncore voltage(vdd_soc).vddg(input in mv)can approach but not exceed vdd_soc
VDDP is a voltage for the ddr4 bus signaling(PHY),and it is derived from your dram voltage (vddio_mem).as a result ,VDDP can approach but not exceed your dram voltage
SOC OVERCLOCK VID : specifies the voltage id (VID) value for ddr_soc to support overclocking.
note:thi is a vid value in hex and not a voltage and applied if ddr speedis >2933
