Corrected 1.45V at some time
After finding it I checked 1.45V
It comes from 3VSB.
3VSB is converted from 5VSB
3VSB comes from PU601.
I check if PU601 has a device circuit
PU601 PIN 2 is connected to PR604, it is 1.27K, but I removed and checked it.
Its value is becoming 8.5K
I changed 1.27K to 1.50K.
After non-automatic startup, the trigger is successful, and the code is run and displayed perfectly.
