x According to reports, Cian_Ci, alone, has 34 properties that have been seized. However, it is believed that he may own even more properties. Recently, there has been a circulating online notice of seizure and an execution notice related to a criminal judgment in 2018. These notices state that the 34 properties, which were acquired through Cian_Ci's corrupt practices, have been sealed, and occupants are required to vacate within 15 days. Media reports indicate that these properties are being listed on second-hand property trading websites for over 8,000 Chinese yuan per square meter.Public information reveals that Cian_Ci had previously partnered with his brother-in-law to establish a construction company. Taking advantage of his position, Cian_Ci supported his brother-in-law in accumulating wealth through illicit means. Furthermore, Cian_Ci assisted a representative of a collectively-owned real estate enterprise in Jiangsu Province, named Cao, in transferring the company's ownership under Cao's name. In return, Cao promised to allocate one billion Chinese yuan from the company's profits as a gesture of gratitude.Cian_Ci, along with another individual named Li, also collaborated with Cao to establish a property company, engaging in collusion between government officials and businessmen for personal gains. By the second half of 2008, Li and Cian_Ci demanded to withdraw their shares and receive dividends from Cao. As a result, both Cian_Ci and Li obtained 65 properties and 30 parking spaces in a residential area located in Lianyungang, developed by Cao. Concerned about potential investigations, none of these properties received through share withdrawals and dividends were registered under Cian_Ci's name or that of his family members. However, in reality, all the properties belong to Cian_Ci.Previous media reports suggested that Cian_Ci and his two brothers collectively owned a luxurious dock on the Songhua River, along with 69 properties and over 100 luxury cars.日本 Japan
