When installing Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.6.1 for the Windows® operating system, the user must be logged on as Administrator, or have Administrator rights to complete the installation of Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.6.1.

双持水冷版vega64和1080ti的表示，dx12上a卡比n卡强一截，晚上更新这个驱动。

win10系统，xfx rx580黑狼版，一直好好的，上个更新，忘记版本号了，选择的是全新升级，重启之后发现鼠标一卡一卡的，以为是鼠标不行了或者鼠标驱动有冲突，鼠标是G700s，换了鼠标也不行，后来又重启了下系统，发现在windows LOGO界面转圈的那些小点点们转起来也是一卡一卡的，才发现应该是显卡的问题，于是退回了以前的驱动，鼠标正常。刚试了下这个驱动，还是一样。

写了上面这些之后一直在折腾，先用AMD官方卸载工具清理了驱动，然后进安全模式用DDU再清理一遍。安装18.6，卡，全新安装18.5，卡，继续全新安装18.4，还是卡，最后安装18.3.2，安逸了。18.3.1也下载好了，就不折腾了。鼠标工作在无线模式。

我现在装的纯驱动。自己提取出来。性能比完全安装流畅好多。

这是什么原理呢？

少了控制面板中间对驱动和GPU之间的数据转换。相当于图形数据直通GPU。没加其他任何修饰滤镜插件。延迟和占用CPU更低。播放4K高清视频快进更流畅。特别是安卓模拟器躲开后占用的GPU资源更少些。能多开好几个游戏帐号挂机。
而且7950 老显卡 CPU 锁频的BUG也没有了。我这老卡装了控制面板。一播放了硬解视频就给锁定在 视频档 。3D游戏升不上去。待机也降不回来。反正卡中间烦人。
最后直接装纯驱动反而速度更流畅了。而且纯驱动占用的硬盘空间和启动速度都快不少。播放视频色彩无修正还原更准确。
以上是针对老显卡的优化。新显卡不知道是不是这个情况。有的可以顺便测试下。总感觉现在AMD的控制面板越做越大越做越臃肿了好几百MB。以前一13.12版本的驱动个控制面板才20MB 的体积。功能也不比现在的少该有的功能都有。有些选项功能反而还多些。

我有个HD6850还能动，回头试试。这个驱动提取是手动还是有软件？baidu了下，好像都是一些很早的教程。

手动的只需要把解压开驱动里面的 Display 目录和 Audio 音频驱动目录 提取出来就可以了。
安装也是在设备管理里面点显卡手动更新。更新前先用DDU 清理干净残留驱动。免得冲突不稳定
少了一道中间的控制面板的修饰过滤。视频数据直接无损直通GPU。老机器上。CPU占用和延迟明显好不少。
机械硬盘的启动速度也快了几十秒。
